2000 Rupee as NGC Currency

NGS (Nano GPS Chip )

Currency with Micro Nano GPS CHIP

This was supposed to be one of the biggest news for banking sector, financial institutions and the common man – because it involved India’s largest currency denomination, Rs 2000.

Way back in 1938, and then again in 1954, then Governments introduced currency denomination of Rs 10,000 which was later put out of circulation in 1946 and 1978 respectively. If we leave aside Rs 10,000 currency, then Rs 2000 would be the largest denomination in the history of India.

Soon after reports emerged that Rs 2000 currency notes would be introduced by RBI, another set of rumors emerged that these notes would be embedded with nano-GPS chips which can be traced all over the world.

Its True or Not ?
Ashish Bharti:
NGC must be a hoax as this is impossible. Let’s say satellite sends a signal, by the time it reaches the surface to tango with the ‘magic chip’ it will already be very weak, imagine this ‘reflected’ signal will reach back to the satellite! wow! that’s unbelievable.
Now, EM waves follow the same reflection laws as light, how reflected signal will reach the original satellite which emitted it unless it’s a normal incidence. some message says it can penetrate 120 meters under the ground? Is this fantasy or what?
When the so called chip ‘reflects’ the signal how will it embed the notes serial number to be relayed back to the satellite (it’s not powered)? If it somehow does that how will it encode the coordinates? Normal incidence signal can only detect if it’s in line of sight.

The first of its kind and definitely a major blow to black money hoarders, the GSP chip will act as a tracker and help locate the exact location of the currency via a satellite.

According to reports, the chip has been fitted in such a way that it can detect Rs 2000 notes even from 120 meters below the ground.

Reports furhter states that if one tries to tamper the nano GPS chip, the Rs 2000 will become damaged and unusable

So, with the new Rs 2000 note with the GPS chip help in the fight against black money? Only time can tell.
